Non-tax advantaged share schemes: end of year return template, technical note and guidance notes

  1. The Non‑tax advantaged share schemes: end‑of‑year return template, has been updated to include changes for net settlement, non-UK domiciled individuals, and PISCES (Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System).

  2. The Other employment related securities schemes and arrangements: end of year return template from 6 April 2023 has been added. The guidance and technical notes for on or before 5 April 2023 have been removed.

  3. The changes from 6 April 2023 Other employment related securities schemes or arrangements: guidance notes and Other Employment Related Securities: technical note have been added.
