It provides a comparison by gender across a number of key domains in educational qualification and skills acquisition, and in the labour market including measures of under-employment and skills utilisation at work. The analysis and comparisons are intended to aid insights and understanding into the employment challenges, needs and opportunities faced by individuals because of their gender.
