This Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) report includes details of:

  • income from fees
  • spending on salaries, pensions and agency employees
  • how OPG safeguards the best interests of vulnerable people

OPG replaced the Public Guardianship Office in 2007.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a return to an address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons on 31 July 2008.
