Details

The IAEA Operational Safety Review Team (OSART), an independent team of experts, led a mission to review operational safety at Torness nuclear power station in September 2019.

This was a follow-up to the 2018 OSART mission to Torness which highlighted a number of good practices and made some recommendations for the site.

This OSART report shows that good progress has been made on the mission team’s earlier findings at Torness.

The government has published its response to the report.
