Open general trade control licence category C goods

Licence for the transfer of ‘category C’ military goods to and from specified countries.

Details

This open general trade control licence (OGTCL) allows the transfer to and from specified countries of ‘category C’ goods.

You will need to state the exact name of the licence or the SPIRE reference on any supporting documentation given to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
