Details

This open general export licence (OGEL) allows, subject to certain conditions, the export of dual-use items previously imported into the UK for repair or replacement under warranty.

  1. This OGEL has been revised to address updates to the lists of controlled items in the dual-use regulations. The existing version has become the latest revoked version.
