Details
This Open General Export Licence (OGEL) permits, subject to certain conditions, the export and transfer of specified military goods, software and technology to permitted destinations under the ‘de minimis’ provisions of Article 3 of the Agreement on Defence Export Controls.
This includes exports and transfers to Partner Nations (France, Germany and Spain) for integration into a final system, where the UK-origin content does not exceed the applicable de minimis threshold and the system is subsequently exported from a Partner Nation to a destination not excluded by the licence.
