Case study on individual Union Modernisation Fund (UMF) round two project. Entitled deconstructing equality barriers through union training (DEBUT), the project aimed to produce an all-encompassing and fully interactive online equality toolkit, supported by a DVD. This would give CWU equality officers a better understanding of all aspects of their job.
