The OISC has revised its CPD scheme and has provided further information in relation to the changes that are taking place. Immigration advisers are no longer required to submit CPD waiver forms.

Immigration advisers regulated by OISC must comply with its continuing professional development scheme. You can apply for a waiver of CPD if you plan to take a sabbatical.
