Details
Statistics on trade between UK nations can play an important role in helping the OIM and partners to understand how the UK internal market is operating. However, data on trade within the UK is not currently available for all four nations, and each nation’s data is not comparable. The OIM has worked with the Office for National Statistics, UK Government departments and the Devolved Governments to develop a roadmap setting out the projects being undertaken to improve intra-UK trade data, what improvements in the data we can expect to see, and by when.
