Details

This questionnaire is for all staff (including non-teaching staff) working at non-association independent schools. This does not include staff who work in the boarding or residential provision in boarding and residential special schools. We will have asked for their views already through Ofsted’s annual online point-in-time survey.

Completion of this questionnaire is voluntary. It is issued at the time of the inspection.
