Ofqual’s regulation of End Point Assessments is in line with our overall regulatory approach, which is risk-based. It has some specific characteristics which are tailored to the risks we see in the apprenticeships market. This document should be considered alongside Ofqual’s General Conditions of Recognition and the EPA Qualification Level Conditions and guidance.
