This guidance explains the terms of the concession for foreign nationals who are working on a well boat in UK territorial seas.

  1. Extended the concession from 8 February 2024 to 8 February 2026. Increased the minimum annual salary from £25,600 to £26,200. Added Napier AS, Scanbio Marine Group AS and FSV Group AS to the list of approved well boat companies.

  2. Njord Aquashipping AS added to list of approved well boat companies.

  3. This concession has been extended to 8 February 2024.
