The Trade in Dual-Use Items (Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 came into force on 20 April 2022.
This updates the control list (Annexes I and IV of retained Regulation (EC) No 428/2009) which reflects the changes previously agreed in the international export control regimes.
Consolidated list
The consolidated list of strategic military and dual-use items that require export authorisation will be amended and republished in due course.
