Details

On 7 August 2025, Ofqual published Notice of Intention to accept a Settlement Proposal from ProQual.

For the reasons set out in the Notice, Ofqual’s Enforcement Panel has decided that ProQual will be required to pay a Monetary Penalty in the sum of £15,000. Ofqual has also accepted the Undertaking offered by ProQual.
