Notice 49/23 Removal of Requirement to Provide Customs Declarations for Certain Import Tariff Rate Quotas

This notice is to inform you that it is no longer necessary to provide HMRC endorsed copies of customs declarations to RPA as proof of previous trade for certain import tariff rate quotas which are subject to reference quantity.
