Notice 38/20 Information on General (Non Quota) Import/Export Licences

The UK has left the EU and the transition period will end on 31 December 2020. Following the issue of Notice to Traders 31/19, this notice gives you up to date information about the requirements for general (full duty) import/export licences from 1 January 2021.

Details

After the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020, the products which require a general (non-quota) import or export licence will remain the same as those currently in Commission Regulations (EU) No 2016/1237 and (EU) No 2016/1239.
