Decision of the Charity Commission published on 26 November 2012.

The commission received representations about a proposed scheme that would amend the governing document, add a power to sell property and allow a new charitable company to become the trustee in place of the local authority.

The commission decided the scheme should be made with some modifications, including clarifying which land the charity could sell.
