Details

The non-domestic energy affordability support schemes were implemented from 2022 to 2024 to support businesses, public and voluntary sector organisations during a period of exceptional energy price rises.

The schemes in scope of this evaluation are the:

  • Energy Bill Relief Scheme (EBRS)
  • Energy Bill Discount Scheme (EBDS)
  • Non-Domestic Alternative Fuel Payment (NDAFP) scheme

This report covers the process, impact and value for money evaluations of the schemes.
