I am keen to find out if Showsec International Ltd (registered 2187286) directors [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] received a fine for their non-compliance at Manchester Arena following the results of the Manchester Arena Inquiry, that proved that since 2013 they had non-licence holders operating CCTV and also non-SIA licence holders searching bags? I cannot find anything in the public domain that suggests that they were challenged by the SIA so I am keen to understand if they were, based on the facts that they completely disregarded legislation laid out by the PSIA for so long?

I confirm that the SIA holds the information that you have requested.
The directors ([REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]) were not prosecuted and therefore no penalty was levied against them. The SIA took compliance action in respect of Showsec International Limited in relation to the findings at Manchester Arena. The SIA continues to monitor Showsec International Limited under our Approved Contractor Scheme.
