NNB Generation Company (SZC) Limited: application made to abstract water

NNB Generation Company (SZC) Limited has applied to the Environment Agency to vary a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application (in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006).
The application is to vary licence serial number AN/035/0003/009, which authorises the abstraction of water from a Crag borehole at National Grid Reference (NGR) TM 45050 63234. This is used to maintain flow through the Leiston Drain.
The variation is to move:

the Acoustic Doppler Velocity Meter, which measures the flow in the Leiston Drain, from the currently authorised position at NGR TM 45423 63478, to a new position at NGR TM 45442 63494.

the discharge point for the release of water into the Leiston Drain from the currently authorised position at NGR TM 45423 63478, to a new position at NGR TM 45248 63326.
