This is the last report from the NHS Pensions Agency as a stand alone Special Health Authority. From 1 April 2006 the Agency merged with four other NHS organisations to form the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA).

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
