Newhaven amenities project

Lewes District Council and the Environment Agency have been working closely together to prevent pollution in the important industrial North Quay road area.

The project ran for 12 months and looked at pollution likely to affect local businesses and nearby residents. The primary areas of interest during the project were dust, odour and general air quality.

Project findings

The findings of the project are now available in the following documents:
