This is the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority’s (NDA’s) land and property management strategy set out in the format recommended for government bodies.
The NDA owns some of the most radioactively contaminated land and buildings in Europe coupled with a complex mixed portfolio of other real estate.
The NDA mission is to deliver safe, sustainable and publicly acceptable solutions to the challenge of nuclear clean-up and waste management.
The Corporate Asset Management Plan is prepared as a decision making framework in support to the mission: it follows the Office of Government Commerce format advising on Property Asset Management.
This plan was revised in May 2013 and flows from the NDA Strategy.
