Details

Local agencies and authorities have a role in identifying, referring and supporting potential victims of human trafficking and other forms of modern slavery. The NRM review recommended enhancing the role of local areas in this process.

The pilots will establish 2 new roles to do this, slavery safeguarding leads (SSL) and multi-disciplinary panel members.
