The National Fraud Authority was formally established as an executive agency of the Attorney General’s Office on 1 October 2008 and changed its name to the National Fraud Authority on 1 April 2009.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
