This guidance gives suggestions about how best to use the NCS in a school or college to help develop the skills and confidence of students.
The guidance is for:
- school leaders, school staff and governing bodies in all maintained schools
- academies, including alternative provision academies
- free schools
- sixth form colleges
- independent schools
- pupil referral units
The guidance includes 7 actions for schools and colleges to take to help students get involved in the NCS.
