The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016. It is now consulting on the proposed decision.

Brief description of activity
A regulated facility consisting of two incineration lines and associated infrastructure, a household and commercial re-use and recycling centre, a recycling and fuel preparation facility including a gully waste management facility and a waste water treatment plant. The incineration activity is a Section 5.1 Part A(1) of the Environmental Permitting Regulations (EPR) 2010. The waste water treatment activity is either a Section 5.3 Part A(1) or a Section 5.4 Part A(1) activity under EPR 2010. The re-use and recycling centre, recycling and fuel preparation facility and gully waste management facility are waste operations.
