Foundation trusts no longer require explicit authorisation from HM Treasury (HMT) to run a MAR / VS scheme and now have the delegated authority to implement local MAR schemes within the 2015/16 financial year subject to set conditions. The guidance outlines these conditions and what to do if a proposed scheme does not meet them.
