The Department for Education is introducing a development programme to train individuals leading small groups of schools who are looking to step up to lead large trusts.
The programme will form part of the golden thread of professional development running from initial teacher training to executive leadership.
This content framework, which underpins the programme, was designed in collaboration with an expert advisory group.
