Notice to all Shipowners, Masters, Skippers, Operators, and PLB owners.
This notice should be read with The Merchant Shipping (EPIRB and PLB Registration and Radiocommunications) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and the Merchant Shipping (Watercraft) Order 2023. MGN 665 (M+F) Amendment 1 provides guidance about the application and effect of those statutory instruments and this MSN.
