  • Skippers of fishing vessels
  • Shipbuilders
  • Port authorities
  • Operators of fixed and floating platforms
  • Drilling rigs and classification societies.

This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments) Regulations 2022 (SI 2022/737) and MGN 675.
