This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Personal Protective Equipment) Regulations 1999 (S.I 1999/2205) and the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Health and Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 (S.I 2014/1616) and replaces MSN 1870 (M+F) Amendment 5.
