MSN 1796 (M+F) Amendment 4 Designation of Vessel Traffic Services (VTS)

Designates UK VTS for the purpose of requiring compliance by shipping with regulations 6 and 7 of the Merchant Shipping Regulations 2004.

This notice revokes MSN 1796 (M+F) Amendment 3.

This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Reporting Requirements) Regulations 2004 (as amended) and Marine Guidance Note (MGN) 401: Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) and Local Port Services (LPS) in the United Kingdom (as amended).
