Stephen Hall has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application (in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is for a full licence to impound water from the River Nene close to Wadenhoe Lock at National Grid Reference TL 00957 83226.

Water will be obstructed or impeded to facilitate the building of a new Larinier technical fish pass and an eel pass.
