An application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr Georrfery Jordan. The Environment Agency are required to give notice of this application.

The application is for a licence to obstruct or impede (stop or alter) the flow of the Garren Brook near Marstow, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire at National Grid Reference (NGR) SO 54628 19972. The object of impounding water by means of the works is to modify the existing weir by constructing a water wheel and fish screen for the purpose of hydro-electric power generation.
