I work for the security department of a private company. The company covers large spaces where CCTV is in use to monitor crime on the estate. Can the company use CCTV to monitor staff at the same time? Can they do it without letting staff know?
I would appreciate if you could let me know where as employees we stand. What are our rights? What are the legal requirements that the company needs to adhere to and what if they are breaking the law/licence conditions?
