- Between 2011 to 2013, the Professional Standards Unit (PSU) handled a total of 190 complaints with 40 of these being substantiated.
The breakdown by year is as follows:
- From 2011 to 2012, 96 serious misconduct complaints were investigated by the PSU, 25 of which were substantiated.

From 2012 to 2013, 95 serious misconduct complaints investigated by the PSU, 15 were substantiated.
