Details

The audited accounts show the income, expenditure, assets and liabilities for the year ending 31 March 2013 for the Ministry of Justice. They consolidate the results of MoJ headquarters and its three executive agencies (HM Courts and Tribunals Service, NOMS and OPG), eight Non Departmental Public Bodies (CICA, CCRC, ICO, JAC, LSB, LSC, the Parole Board and YJB), 35 local Probation Trusts and a Statutory Office (OLC).

The 2012-13 public expenditure financial tables set out the Departments outturn, budgets, administration and capital employed from 2008-09 to 2014-15 in accordance with HM Treasury guidelines.

Tables 5- 8 provide the Department’s staff numbers and spending per country, region and by head. These tables are published in the Ministry of justice Annual Report and Accounts 2012-13.
