MIN 727 (M+F): Marine office and customer service telephone number changes
Telephone numbers for regional marine offices and some national services are changing.

Some Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) customer-facing telephone numbers are changing.
All new phone numbers are operational as of the date of this notice, for local marine offices and some other MCA services.
From 27 October 2025, previous phone numbers will begin to be deactivated in stages. You will not be able to reach us on the previous numbers once this process is complete.
For a short period, callers will hear a prerecorded message that will signpost the relevant new numbers.
Notice to all:
- ship and fishing vessel owners
- ship operators and managers
- other employers of seafarers
- masters
- officers and ratings of merchant ships
- skippers and crew of fishing vessels
- small commercially operated vessels
- yachts with crew
- maritime training colleges
This MIN expires 30 April 2026.
