MIN 721 (M) Removal of general exemption for carriage of VDR on domestic passenger ships

The General Exemption for Passenger ships of classes EU B, C and D and UK class III and VI has now been removed as a result of the coming into force of the Merchant Shipping (Safety of Navigation) Regulations 2020.
