Decision of the Charity Commission published on 16 December 2013.

The commission reviewed its decision to reject the organisation’s application to register as a charity.

The commission decided that working an allotment plot can be a form of healthy recreation, and rephrased objects would be exclusively charitable and for the public benefit. The organisation was invited to amend their objects to reflect a clear charitable purpose in order to become registered.
