The MHRA is committed to delivering excellent services and maintaining predictable, reliable performance for our customers.

Our quarterly Results and Forecast update provides information on the MHRA’s performance, including regulatory timelines and measures of organisational performance. It also outlines the Agency’s priorities for the next quarter.

The update builds on the MHRA Results and Forecast 2025/26; 2026/27 and supports the Agency’s commitment to greater transparency about its performance, impact and future priorities.

 Performance data for the MHRA’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and information on the expected timeline to complete a specific regulatory function will still be reported monthly through our established MHRA Performance Data page.
