This note summaries the resolutions making amendments to the Life Saving Appliance (LSA) Code and application date of amendments. These resolutions make a number of changes to the LSA Code, some of which are outlined below, as well as consequential amendments to MSC.402(96).

Notice to all Owners and Operators of Merchant Ships; Manufacturers and Service Station Personnel for all SOLAS certificated life-saving appliances.
