MGN 708(M) Guidance on the merchant shipping (international safety management (ISM) code) regulations 2026

Replaces the 2014 ISM regulations and assimilated regulations 336/2006 in implementing the ISM code in UK law. It also closes some legislative gaps, some of which arose due to EU exit.
