This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships) Regulations 2008, as most recently amended by the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships) (Amendment) Regulations 2023. This guidance supersedes MGN 462 (M + F) which was published in 2013.
