Notice to all Shipowners, Masters, Skippers, Operators, and PLB owners.

This notice should be read with The Merchant Shipping (EPIRB and PLB Registration and Radiocommunications) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and the Merchant Shipping (Watercraft) Order 2023. MSN 1924 (M+F) provides more details on the requirements for registration. This Notice replaces MGN 665 (M+F).
