Confirmation of the Merseyside passenger transport executive (bus franchising, bus depots) compulsory purchase order 2025 with modifications

The purpose of acquiring the depots is to ensure the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has sufficient control over key infrastructure to deliver a fair, competitive, and resilient franchised bus network, including by supporting depot upgrades required for fleet decarbonisation and long-term network resilience.
