For all possible cases of MERS-CoV, the minimum data set form should be completed by UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) health protection teams (HPTs) and returned to acute.respiratory@ukhsa.gov.uk from an UKHSA email address.

Please state ‘Possible MERS-CoV case’ in the subject line of your email.

You can check whether a case meets the case definition on GOV.UK.
