Details
The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by Meritrule Limited with immediate effect
- disqualify Meritrule Limited from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in an entity that holds or obtains such a licence for a period of 10 years
- disqualify Mr Jane Jones from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in an entity that holds or obtains such a licence for a period of 10 years
- disqualify Mark Warren for a period of 3 years from acting as transport manager on any operator’s licence
